• SENIOR CITIZENS’ TRIAD PROGRAM

    The TRIAD program is a partnership between the Branford Police Department, the Branford Senior Center and People’s United Bank.
    The goals of the TRIAD include alleviating the fear of seniors from being victimized, provide programs to educate seniors, provide assistance to victimized seniors, and open the lines of communications between the police and the senior community.

  • YOUTH SERVICES

  • Youth and school services is staffed by a youth officer, Detective Arthur Ferris. This functional division is responsible for delivering liaison, support and enforcement services to Branford’s school system and the community at large.   • COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICERS

  • The Branford Police Department deploys Community Service Officers who’s primary function is parking enforcement. Community Service Officers can be seen in our center business district and seasonally in Stony Creek.

  • FINGERPRINTING SERVICES

  • The Branford Police Department offers applicant fingerprinting services to the town’s residents at no charge. Public fingerprinting hours are on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 to 10:30 am.

    Beginning July 1, 2014 there will be a $10.00 Fee for all applicant fingerprints (except for Temporary Pistol Permit Applications) payable by Money Order only to “Town of Branford”.

    No Cash or Personal Checks will be accepted.
